In comparison to sodas with a pH level of a low 2, you’re making smarter decisions with sparkling water and regular water. But, it’s always best to just stick with the natural thing: good ol’ water!

Basically, it’s always best to stick with natural substances when it comes to taking care of your body. That even applies to the foods and drinks you decide to enjoy. Although you may be trying to be more health conscious, be aware of what your foods and drinks are doing to your whole body—including your mouth.

If the choice is between a soft drink and sparkling water, it’s safe to choose sparkling water. Just be sure to rinse your mouth with water afterward and limit your intake throughout the day. Above else, drink lots of pure water!
