Meet Your Bonita Springs Prosthodontist Randold Binns D.D.S., D.M.D.
Dr. Randold Binns started his professional journey in Panama City, Panama where he received his Doctor in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 2001 and soon after joined a family dental private practice. Seeking to further his education in dentistry, Dr. Binns received a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2014 graduating with the highest honors.
Dr. Binns’s interest in implants and complex comprehensive treatment led him to a 3 year Advanced Prosthodontic Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry which he completed in May 2017. During his time at UIC, Dr. Binns was also heavily involved in the dental research of ultraviolet light’s effect on fungal microorganisms in dentures and is expected to receive his Master of Science Degree in April 2018. Also earned, were awards from the American College of Prosthodontics in “Outstanding Achievement in the Study of Prosthodontics”, the Academy of Osseointergration in “Implant Dentistry”, and the “Excellence in Clinical Case Presentation” from the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics.
Over the course of 12 years, Dr. Binns’s dental career has placed him in various cities such as San Juan, where he completed an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Chicago. Through it all, Florida is where he wants to be. Since relocating back to the “Sunshine State” permanently, Dr. Binns is partaking in his favorite pastimes of boating, fishing, cooking, and lecturing nationally and internationally on implant and complex dental rehabilitation.
